Examples of different foods that we offer for lunch and snack with all being organic:
Lunch:
* Chicken breast, rice, broccoli, apples, milk
* Lentil and green bean soup, whole wheat cheese sandwich, carrots, cantaloupe, milk
* Turkey breast, cheese quesadillas, mixed veggies, oranges, milk
* Fish coated with Quinoa flakes and cooked slightly crispy, cauliflower, peaches, milk
* Meatballs, bagel with cream cheese, green beans, bananas, milk
* Beans and rice, vegetable soup, plums, milk
* Spaghetti with org. tomato and meat sauce, salad, watermelon, milk
* Pesto Pasta with chicken, artichoke (FUN to dip!), pear, milk
snacks are offered daily in the morning and afternoon
Snack:
* Snap peas and oranges
* Bagels and cream cheese and grapes
* Cup of soup with wheat toast
* Apple slices with plain yogurt and honey
* Bran muffin and string cheese
* Plantain chips with cream cheese and cantaloupe
* Raisins and rice cakes
Most of our food is Organic and mostly everything is made from scratch! We feel it is important to provide your little one food that is pesticide and chemical free!
